JESUS TEACHES ABOUT SALVATION

Is the Gospel Jesus teaches the same as the Gospel you believe?

All of the following words are the words of Jesus Himself. Except for the Scripture references, no other words have been added.

John 3:3 – “…Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”

John 3:5-8 – “…Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.”

John 3:16 – “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”

John 3:18-19 – “He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.”

Matthew 7:14 – “…strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.”

Matthew 11:28-30 – “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”

John 6:37 – “All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.”

John 6:44 – “No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.”

John 6:65 – “…Therefore said I unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my Father.”

John 10:11 – “I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.”

John 10:17-18 – “Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again. No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father.”

John 14:6 – “…I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”

John 17:1-2 – “…Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee: As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him.”
