FOOLISH “KNOWLEDGE”

Do You Embrace God’s Wise Knowledge?

In the beginning, God placed one man and one woman in the beautiful world He’d created.  He established a loving companionship between them.  God knew they would sin and that He would lovingly redeem sinners from the human race.  The marital relationship pictured the loving, life-giving relationship that He would establish with His redeemed people (Ephesians 5:31-32).

For thousands of years, people knew that birth genders don’t change.  In fact, the ranching industry still understands that male and female cattle can’t exchange roles.  Though both are cattle, their roles remain distinct.

However, the Devil wants to obliterate the beautiful marriage picture representing Christ and His redeemed church.  Thus, he has tried to obliterate male/female distinctions and anything else that promotes normal, faithful marriage relationships.  He has used social media and institutions of “higher learning” to promote the concept of fluid gender.  He has tricked many into believing that human gender assigned at birth is either incorrect or transient.  It isn’t.  Just as with cattle, God has indelibly stamped the birth gender of every human being on each cell of the individual’s body.  Neither hormone therapy nor surgery can change this.  The following Scripture succinctly summarizes how rejection of this of truth has taken place.

“Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.  Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:  Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.” (Romans 1:22-25)

The redemption of a fallen humanity, that had so completely rejected the truth of God, took nothing less than the sacrificial bloody crucifixion of God the Son, Jesus Christ.  He then arose from the dead proving that the penalty had been paid and would be applied to all who repented in faith.

“He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.” (John 3:36)

“…your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:” (1 Peter 5:8)
