Will Your Habitation be with Jesus The Redeemer?

Fellow Christian: Are we so busy with this life that we seldom ponder our eternal habitation? The Bible provides interesting glimpses about what to expect. Christ has prepared an existence for His beloved people, which is wonderful beyond comprehension.
“…Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.” (1 Corinthians 2:9)
What is this habitation like? It is a wonderful existence which shall never end.
“And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.” (John 10:28)
Pain and sorrow shall be gone forever.
“And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.” (Revelation 21:4)
The New Jerusalem shall be a place of amazing light and riches having
“… the glory of God: and her light was like unto a stone most precious, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal;” (Revelation 21:10-11)
There will be no night there.
“And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.” (Revelation 22:5)
The furnishings of this city are so exotic that even its street is made of pure gold.
“And the twelve gates were twelve pearls; every several gate was of one pearl: and the street of the city was pure gold, as it were transparent glass.” (Revelation 21:21)
There won’t be any perversion or wickedness there. All shall be excitingly pure and holy.
“And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb’s book of life.” (Revelation 21:27)
However, the destiny of the unsaved forms a stark contrast to that of Christians. That horrible place is one
“Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched.” (Mark 9:44-48)
God the Son, Jesus Christ, gave Himself as a blood sacrifice for His people’s sins. He died and rose again three days later.
Which habitation shall you dwell in?
