Is Pluto an element in God’s Mercy?

Astronomer Percival Lowell first predicted Pluto’s location in 1905, based on distortions it causes in the orbits of Neptune and Uranus. It wasn’t until 1930 that astronomer Clyde Tombaugh finally found and telescopically photographed Pluto based on Lowell’s earlier predictions.
In a high school science class, my teenage children were introduced to an interactive computer simulation of our solar system. By carefully arranging the planets and their mutually dependent orbits, they were challenged to construct a stable solar system which wouldn’t collapse or disintegrate over time. They discovered it to be a very complex and difficult problem. Only a few students achieved even short term stability.
All of this illustrates the incredible and complex design of our watch-like solar system. The Bible tells us that the heavens, constantly, declare God’s glory!
“…The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork. Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge. There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard” (Psalm 19:1-3).
The apostle Paul reminds us of this truth.
“For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:” (Romans 1:20).
Notice the language-independence of God’s incredible display. Regardless of one’s language, God has provided an entire universe to project His glory for all to see. If we refuse to see it, He will hold us accountable.
Since man’s spiritual death in Eden, all are born with hearts estranged from God. Only as He moves upon an individual, to infuse life, will that individual understand the need for salvation. The wonderful news is that God the Son, Jesus Christ, has provided for this.
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. … He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil” (John 3:16-18).
Is Pluto one key element of God’s stable universe which provides you time for repentance?
